This website is operated by Nelson Hernandez Guerra, trading as VelocitiStudio. VelocitiStudio is a registered business name (Registered Business Name No. 796280) of a sole-trader business based in Dublin, Ireland. We offer websites, web applications, custom business systems, software development, and optional hosting and maintenance.

Using this website

This website gives general information about our services. You may use it for lawful purposes only, and you must not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or misuse the enquiry form.

Prices shown on the website

Prices on this website are indicative starting points, not fixed prices or offers. The final scope, deliverables and price of any project are agreed separately with each client.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or commit either of us to anything. After discussing your needs, we may send you a written quotation. A quotation is not binding until both parties accept it in writing.

Project agreements

Any development work is governed by its own written quotation or project agreement, not by these website terms. That agreement sets out the following:

• scope and deliverables
• timelines (project timelines are confirmed after scoping)
• price, payment schedule and any deposit
• ownership and licensing of the work
• hosting, access, maintenance and ongoing support

If a project agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement applies to that project.

Payments

Payment terms, schedules and any deposits are set out in each written quotation or project agreement.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to VelocitiStudio unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. BookiFlow and other products are shown as examples of our work. Ownership of software built for clients is agreed in each project agreement.

Hosting and maintenance

Optional Care & Hosting plans are described on this website as starting prices. What each plan includes, its cost and its service levels are agreed in writing with each client.

Limitation of liability

We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights or rights relating to court jurisdiction that apply to you under applicable law.
